WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIP: Place your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.

THIGH: Standing relaxed with your legs at anatural distance, measure around the fullest part of your thigh. Measure both legs.

INSEAM: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle bone.
